  • We currently offer pet care services in Sanur and surrounding areas.

  • You can book by sending us a message through our web form, on social media, or directly on WhatsApp.

  • We stand out through our top-notch, dependable service, our dedication to providing the best pet care possible, and our commitment to supporting animal rescue efforts in Bali.

  • Yes, we can walk multiple dogs from the same household. However, we decide this on a case-by-case basis depending on each dog family. Surcharges may apply.

  • Our standard dog walks are 60 minutes, but you can book additional time as an add-on.

  • We offer different packages for our 1-hour dog walks. Rates start at Rp60,000 per walk if you book a 25-walk package.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? Yes, cancellations and reschedules are allowed within a certain timeframe. See our cancellation policy for details.

  • Our pet sitting includes 2 visits per day, feeding, playtime, cuddles, and 2x 30-minute walks for dogs. We also offer house sitting, where the pet sitter stays overnight.

  • Pet sitting includes 2 visits per day. House sitting includes an overnight stay at your place, providing extra security and care for your home and pets.

  • Pet sitting allows your pets to stay in the comfort of their own home and enjoy purrsonalized pet care and undivided attention.

    While pet boarding has its perks, it involves travel, unfamiliar environments, and other animals, which can cause stress and anxiety.

  • We aim to assign the same team member for your furry family. However, this is subject to availability.
